DMCA Notice
Last updated: March 2026
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website if such claims are reported to our designated copyright agent.
1. What We Index
Our platform operates as a search engine that indexes publicly available profile information (such as usernames, bios, and preview images) from third-party content platforms. We do not host, reproduce, or distribute any paywalled or private content.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Request
If you believe that material accessible through our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated agent. To be effective, the notification must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed.
- A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our site (URL or other sufficient detail).
- Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. How to Submit
Please use our Remove Profile request form to submit a takedown or DMCA notice. Alternatively, you may send your written notification directly to our designated copyright agent via the contact email listed in our footer.
We will process valid DMCA requests and remove the specified content within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include the same elements as described above, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
5. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
